Turning blue. Freaking out.

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Please i need advice. I dmashed my figer with a hammer at work about 9 hours ago. I immediately got a blood blister on top of my finger, inbetween the last knuckle and nail. My finger is also very swollen, and turning blue/purple on the finger pad. It feels so stiff and swollen. My idea is to lance the blister hoping to relieve pressure, and soak the wound in hydrogen peroxide. Your advice would be appreciated.
