Tummy upset no gas pass constant headach

Hello doc, 6 months ago I had problem of stomach I visit a reputed hospital and they prescribed me some medicine and told me the I have some infection I took those medicine almost 3 month but result is zero . One day I realise some itching on the face so check and found spot on face and on bodies . Please can any doc give me the genuine treatment .

TABLET NEXPRO RD 200BEFORE BREAKFAST AND DINNER FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS. THAN REDUCE IT TO ONE TABLET BEFORE BREAKFAST FOR LONG TIME. O.K, BYE.
