Tuberculosis in spine
I had 3 MRIs ( Nov, Jan,April) which show spinal TB is increasing despite ATT of Six months. Two CT guided biopsies done after in May detected no tuberculosis bacteria or Cancer . They showed only healing tissue.I am bedridden but feel healthier internally, my weight is increasing and I have a good appetite . Why doctors are now suspecting MDR TB?

If there is progression of disease on scan despite ATT, either it is MDR TB or diagnosis needs to be reconsidered.
