TSH 2.87 at 14.5 weeks pregnancy.
Hi i had been taking 12.5 mcg thyronorm 1 month before I got pregnant. At 12.5 weeks of pregnancy, my TSH was 1.9 and within two weeks at 14.5 weeks it rose to 2.87. Please can you advice if i should be on 25mcg now to prevent it from going out of range for second trimester? Free T4 is 0.70ng/dl and free t3 is 3.78 pg/ml.

Yes you will need to make it 25 mcg and repeat the TSH, T4 and FT4 after 4 weeks . Your target TSH in 2nd and 3rd trimester should be below 3 . Also get Anti TPO test done .
