Tng count is 300. what are the measures to be followed to lessen it down.my sgot and sgpt levels too are bit high

Hello You seem to be suffering from NAFLD - non alcoholic liver disease although I dont have full LFT and USG report. Measures to improve include - to avoid fatty and sweet food, regular walking and execise, to stop alcohol if you are consuming. I would also suggest to check for Hepatitis B and C.
