Treatment for Electrical Shock Burns
Please see the attached images of severe burns on a patient's hand and foot caused by an electrical shock. Also, I've attached the current medicine prescription. Could you confirm if the prescribed medications are appropriate?

U do Debridment of the the wound immidiately ,an than do daily dressings with bactigrass and  megaheal ointment. Take antibiotics orally along with multivitamins ..Take tablets trypsin chymotrypsin three times a day for 5 days . N keep this hand elevated ,let the oedema settle If swelling increases do urgent consultation of plastic surgeon there only
