Transvaginal ultrasound

Asked for Female, 26 Years

The uterus is anteverted about 6.1x4.5x3.7cm. No free fluid seen in the posterior cul de sac. Myometrial echopattern is homogenous with no focal mass lesion seen. The endometrial measures 0.99cm Are this still normal?and am i safe?
