Hi there...i cannot really understand your question. Do you have traction alopecia? Traction alopecias usually do not any scarring. When the wound heals, the hair usually grows back by itself. It doesn't require any treatment. In very cases it can cause scarring. In such cases it will require topical or intra lesional steroids or calcineurin inhibitors based on the condition. Kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.
