Hi, your BMI is 26. Don't gain furthur Weight, try to maintain your BMI within 25. Do regular excersise, avoid taking high calorie diet. If you want normal health checkup you can go for cbc,FBS,PPBS, urine routine, ecg, chest xray, BP. In every hospitals health checkup packages will be available.
