Too much flatulence
It is getting embarrassing for her, with constant burps and gas. she also gets abdominal gas pain very regularly. i took her to a doc but he said this is normal and just eat well. that did not help, though, because the frequency of her burps and flatulence is not normal, and her eating habits are not very bad at all. the problem is slightly embarrassing, so she doesn't want to keep going to docs about it. is there an easy solution we don't know about?

Hello There. I can understand your concern. if its getting too much, then she will have to do some changes in her diet and lifestyle. she should avoid oily and spicy foods. have a high fibre diet with lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits. at least 4 litres of water per day and she should drink it with direct contact from the glass/bottle. chew the foods thoroughly with a closed mouth. one bowl of curd everyday after food. avoid processed foods like maida/white bread etc. best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain
