To get little bit muscle
I have strength training exercises at home. Bought rods and weights.but i don't take diet.I am pure veg and eat watever is cooked at home chapati and vegetable. want to ask will i get muscules just to be in gud shape without any diet? neither too bulky nor too thin just little muscles if i just eat wat i daily do?

hello yes definitely you will.... take more protein foods like green leafy veg horse gram green gram soya bean consult dietitian for further evaluation and treatment.
