Im 7 months post major surgery. I feel weak and tired, sometime its hard to get out of bed

Hello well it would have been better that you would have mentioned what surgery you'd actually undergone so that it would be better for me to tell you the cause...So please tell is in detail...It's quite possible that you are anemic which is why you are facing the problem...Thank you
