Thyroid level for pregnant female

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Wanted to know what is the minimum level for thyroid for females during pregnancy.. we had undergone TSH test and got a result of 5.35.. my wife is still in her early stage of pregnancy.. is it safe?? Can it be treated and how ll it effect her pregnancy.
