Thyroid fluctuation
I am female of 30 years , and taking eltroxin 75mg since past last year , after 6 month we again test and find TSH very high.
I feel lazy , weakness and mensuration bleeding is very less and deep brown in colour

Start taking eltroxin 100 microgram tablet and take 1 tablet of albendazole 400 stat.
Start taking iron tablets twice daily and then repeat all test after 6 week.
Menstrual problem, laziness and weakness because of hypothyroidism and anaemia.

Hello. You have high TSH level and little less hemoglobin so hypothyroidism and anaemia..you may have to increase the dosage to bring thyroid under control.. Hemoglobin should be 11or above .. Test for serum ferritin if you have iron deficiency take iron tablets...............
