Your blood results are all within normal limits ,except for Hb percent ( normal range 13.5--15.5 gm ) What is your height?  The main reason for excessive weight appears to be your sedentary job. Diet control with regular physical exercises only will help. Do regular brisk walking for atleast 1 hour daily in the morning. Absolutely no fast foods or refined food or chocolates. Take balanced diet with plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water. No deep fried foods at all. Little bit of non vegetarian food once a week. Cut down your food intake by half , whatever you are taking. You must take food 3 times a day , no skipping of breakfast or dinner. You should reduce weight 3-4 kgs per month. No sudden or magical cures
