Hello....Based on the history you given...i think you should know that you are suffering from hypothyroidism and a person suffering from it.. Generally have symptoms of weight gain, loss of interest of having food, sleepy/ drowsy, intolerance to the cold, menstrual irregularities, easy tiredness, loss libdo (person will have disinterest in Sex)..... Since you have already mentioned premature ovarian failure that could also be the reason for loss of interest in Sex and no periods... So kindly consult a endocrinologist immediately for proper management of your condition as early as possible since you are already 30yrs fertility rate will start decreasing with age...
