Hello There. I can understand your concern. The vomits have caused the throat pain i feel. and your complains are consistent with acute gastroenteritis. As of now you can take a cap. pan-L once or twice a day half an hour before food. have a soft diet and chichi only for today. and you should be fine. If it still persists, kindly consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards, dr. Anil kumar jain.
