Throat Pain, Constipation
I have delivered a baby 2.5 months back. I am suffering from a constipation badly that I hv to take ayurvedic pills to kill constipation almost everyday. Let me know reasons and solutions.
Apart from this I am also suffering from throat pain with white puss on throat. Let me knos solutions.

Hello Madam,
Some constipation post delivery and specially Cesarean section is normal but needs to be looked into as it may cause gastric troubles to your baby. You can continue taking the ayurvedic pills under your doctor's instructions. For the throat infection also, you need to consult your gynaecologist so that she can suggest if you should take an antibiotic or just warm water gargles will be sufficient.
