Thoraco lumbar spine sprain

Asked for Male, 20 Years

My doctor gave me acefile tablets..twice a day but i cannot take it the morning as i don't eat my breakfast...i took at at 7 pm today..after how many hours should i take another dosage? Or what should be the gap between 2 acefile tablet dose?
