Known case of IC koch's ,treated ,minimal nodulartity three bits measures 0.2 to 0.4 sections reveals tissues fragments lined by mucosal epithelium with columnar and goblet cells with mild erosion. underneath lamina propria show lymphoid aggregates. no evidence of granuloma or giant cell features suggestive of Benign lymphoid hyperplasia

HELLO, THE  LYMPHNODE HAS NO CARCINOGENIC CELLS. THE L.N  HAS NO CANCER CELLS. THEIR IS EVIDENCE OF INFLAMATION. THAT'S ALL, O.K BYE.
