Things to do in medial emergency at home

Hope you are doing well?
Had this question for a long time. What does a person do in a emergency situation at home. I have a family doctor ringing him will be my first priority.
But is
there any other service I can avail like the USA has a 911 emergency number. Is there a similar service available in Mumbai. Or do I have to depend on private hospitals ambulance service.
Any advice in this regard is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

These ambulance are well equipped and always have doctors.
