Tetanus query
Hi, I have been battling illness anxiety for more than a year now. I get anxiety of Tetanus when I get minor cuts and scratches. A senior doctor once told me as I had completed the 5 years course of tetanus in childhood and taken a adhoc shots since then (last one on 4th Oct, 2021), I am protected for 10 years. Still my panic doesn't go away. My therapist suggested not to take Tetanus for minor cuts. Please tell me is it possible to cure Tetanus in case I get the disease as I am not taking a shot for minor cuts (almost no blood) to fight my illness anxiety.
