Tayo 60k is Vitamin D3. This vitamin is an essential component in our body, which helps in the absorption of calcium and phosphates from the bowel.
It is usually prescribed as a drug taken once a week for 4 weeks but kindly follow the orders as per your prescribing doctor
Vitamin D3 is most effective when taken with the largest meal of the day.
