Taking tab modus 10mg bd since 25 days
History vot medically managed ectopic in October. Jan, feb march periods were irregular then I april period can it was to painful nd heavy bleeding. Endometrial thickness was 31mm. Endometrial hyperplasia diagnosis was made. And after 7 days of bleeding thickness became 10mm. Was started modus 10bd. Today is 25th day., Still having the meds. Had spotting and menstrual like cramps. Today on usg thickness is 6mm. My gynae says to continue the meds for 3 months and then withdrawal bleeding will occur. Planning for an IVF post that. I am just worried if my endometrium becomes too thin after these meds. Previous no history of such episodes. What should I do

Endometrial thickness of 12mm is normal for your age. Minimum of 7mm thickness will be needed for a successful IVF.
Modus 10 bd is fine to regularise the cycles for 3 months. It won't hamper the endometrial thickness too much. Don't worry.
