It is unsafe to take the ipill on a regular basis and is supposed to be used as an emergency pill. It acts by stopping ovulation in varied ways, either by changing the path of the sperm of the eggs or by effecting the lining of the uterus. Kindly use alternative methods of contraception during sex, it should be taken within 24 hours and before 72 hours of sex and should be avoided more than twice in a month as it can be quite unhealthy and harmful for you. Kindly avoid the medicine as much as possible, it is an emergency contracetive and not to be taken regularly.
