Syncopal episodes
My dad had a stroke in 2002,he was hemiplegic and lost speech but went on to recover.Seizures started during the recovery period and has continued till date in different forms.Hasn't had convulsions lately but has recurring intermittent periods of syncopes slurred speech behavioural changes etc on anti-epilepsy pills.

Syncopal attack should be differentiated from post ictal state....if seizures are increasing in frequency or number it indicates that there's need to increase dosage of anti epileptic medication.... If syncopal attack cause to be identified and treated accordingly...Kindly consult neurologist for evaluation and treatment...
