Swelling on left groin area.
Hi, It gets disappeared when I lay down and it appears when I stand and it hangs with scrotal, kindly advise me before surgery and how I would know its grade. Thanks.

This is could be hernia...for your age it is rare but any sudden lifting of weights will result in this.this need physical examination for confirmation of diagnosis and your images not showing clearly the site of swelling ..need ultrasound scan to know contents of swelling
