  3. Swelling of pubic region. I be worried?

Swelling of pubic region
There is little bit of swelling on right the side of my pubic region since last few days. However there is no visible injury on the outside. It pains only when I apply little pressure on it. Is it a boil or anything else? Should I be worried?
