  3. Swelling of legs. That is serious?

Swelling of legs
When sitting for long hours, say 2hrs , the legs of the person concerned swell up. Is it something that is serious? P.S.-My friend has gained 11 kgs in an year. No other conditions as such.

Doest look good, there can be some oedema, not to an extent what it is in the picture. Get her checked, will certainly require investigations.
