Since two days a small swelling under armpit.If press gets pain . is it serious concerns.what to be done?

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  We need to examine her to find out what kind of swelling it is. It could be a lymph node enlargement. Kindly take her to a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.  Let him examine her and run a few tests and then he will be able to comment further as to what needs to be done.
