Swelling around anus

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I've been recently experiencing strong irresistible anal itching. Earlier I had constipation and watery mucus anal discharge , now it's fine. But right now, I can find foamy froth on my poop and strong itching. I'm attaching a picture. Can you please tell me by looking at it what is it exactly, hemorrhoids, fissure, fistula or something else. I have an appointment with the doc too for next week. But please suggest me some home remedies for curing it side by side. I take sitz bath daily twice too.
