How to get rid of sweaty palms?its very embrassing to have this.it affects confidence.we can't shake hand.when we touch some things it turns wet.when I asked for solution..their answer was there is no solution exist for this.please help me out of this.

Hello there...I can understand your concern. Which doctor did you consult regarding the problem. You will have to consult a dermatologist for the above problem. Increased sweating of the palms can be due to many reasons like anxiety, nervousness, nerve injury, idiopathic. Treatment options vary from anti anxiety drugs to topical anhidrotic creams like aluminum chloride to methods like iontophoresis. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.
