  3. Sweat during winter night. This weird?

Sweat during winter night
Sweat during winter nights I have observed since last 2years, i sweat a lot during winter nights, i end up turning on AC, sleep without Blanket. Is this weird? What might be the reason! Any pointers please

hello, this is not weird it totally depends upon the basal metabolic rate. if BMR is high then your body will generate more heat and you sweat much and also it depend upon the body how it is reacting to the tempertaure. to compensate take 3-5 liters digester a day. thank you
