I am experiencing numbness in my right foot, particularly in the area where I wear my shoes. While I can still move my foot, I cannot bear my weight on it properly. Additionally, I am having difficulty lifting my foot upward toward my shin. I can do it, but it feels weak, requires extra effort, and I cannot use my full strength. There is no noticeable pain, and I have not had any recent injuries. The numbness and weakness have persisted for few days. I would like to understand the possible causes and the next steps for diagnosis and treatment.
