Stunted height problem ..

Asked for Male, 19 Years

Small height... 5.2 inches age 19 yr. sex -male i wanna increase my height. so please tell me that is it possible.. nd if it is ,as i hope so... than how ? what should i do, which kind of medicin should i be subscribe? or should i go for hgp therepy or injections.. please reply as soon as possible... with an appropriate and fruitfull answer.. thanx.

Well I would not suggest you any injections are medicines which will help you increase in height.. those are not at all advisable.. I would suggest you to take more of protein dishes for the like egg white sprouted dal, dry fruits which will help... apart from that go for exercises like swimming, cycling, or basketball which will help you in increasing your height
