  3. Strone 200mg. What should i do?

I went to a gynaecologist as my period got delayed this month and wanted to start fertility treatment. The doctor prescribed Strone 200mg from 16th day of the cycle to 30th day. On the 33rd and 34th day I got brown period like discharge but the flow is very less compared to periods. What should I do ?
