Strange bug bite that's getting worse
I got a bug bite on my bum about five days ago, it started out as kind of just an itchy little bump, like a mosquito bite. In the past five days it's grown to be very big, very hard to the touch, red with a small scab in the center, and the affected skin is quite hot. It doesn't itch really anymore but instead is just extremely painful, like a mix between throbbing and burning.
