My relative has problem of storage of blood from leg to knee n color of dat part has become black. This problem is frm 4 months. He have prblm of bp n sugar. What to do n whom to consult?

As your relative is a diabetic it's possible that he might be suffering from peripheral arterial disease where the blood vessels to the leg get blocked and hence tha change in colour. He will need a doppler to confirm and an angiogram if necessary. Please consult a general physician to accurately diagnose. If it is PAD then further management will be by a vascular surgeon / interventional radiologist.
