Stool incontinence chance.
I am 30 years old now. 7 years ago LIS ( internal anal sphincter is divided 1/3 rd) for anal fissure done. Now, again due to having Over active urinary bladder I have to to take solifenacin and mirabegron and these medicine causes hard stool which now causes anal fissure which is not getting cured for last 2 months. Now, if I go for another Anal Sphincterotomy then this surgery can cause stool incontinence as one time anal sphincter is already cut earlier???

Hello practo user. There will be no chance of incontinence after internal Anal sphincetrotomy as your external sphincter will be intact after your surgery.
