Stomachache and constipat
My wife is having stomach pain from few days ,according to ultrasound report there is mural thickening of small bowel ,inflammatory infective etiology mertis consideration ,bulky uterus with chronic cervicitis. Is she need medical observation or we can treat it with antibiotics.
