Stomach pain
I have unprotected sex and after 2 days I’m suffering from a little bit of cold and minor stomach pain!!
Is this the signs of HIV or any other virus?

Unprotected sex puts you at risk of HIV. But usually HIV doesn't manifest so early. If the partner was unknown I suggest you check for herHIV status and you get tested for whether you caught the infection or not. Cold and stomach pain are unrelated to this rt now.
