I m diabotic patient pain in stomach this is fourth day i hv taken tablets zilo of five days course doctor said stomach infection

Hello... Stomach pain could be due to gastritis or food infection,gastroenteritis...take antacids and simple blood food see if stomach pain subsides or not as gastritis is most common cause of pain abdomen these days.... Get endoscopy done if it's persisting..........
