Sir from last 2-3 days whenever I eat or drink anything like food or tea etc. I feel pain in my stomach immediately after swallowed. Otherwise there is no regular pain or no other problem I feel. But just on for a moment when swalloed or drink any hot beverage.

hello der dysphagia and peptic ulcer disease should be ruled out consult gastroenterologist for further evaluation and treatment.
