Stomach ache and weakness
My friend has been having a stomach ache for last 4 days. Initially it was coupled with a mild fever. He went to a doctor and was diagnosed with stomach infection. He has been taking medicines but, to no effect.
His stomach still hurts and the fever comes back now and then. He feels really weak too.

Hi any infection requires a complete course of antibiotics....complete Treatment as prescribed... Drink plenty of water.... Follow up with physician to examine for any improvement or new findings...
