Since two days. She having running nose cough and stomach ache.her motion is normal
I give her Woodward grip water
Only for stomach ache and for cold Vicks rub on her chest.but today she saying frequently stomach ache.her age is 3+

I can understand your concern.
You should get her checked out by a pediatrician in person for further evaluation and management.
It could be a stomach infection.
Stop doing home remedies.
Syp. Dolopar-m 5ml twice a day.
