Stent in CBD

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hi, I had stone in my CBD as well as in gall bladder.I gone through endoscopic procedure and stone was removed.But my dr placed double pigtail stent in my CBD.Later i gone through gallbladder surgery.My gall bladder was removed.I consulted my Gastro dr again to remove stent.But he again suggested for stent.So is there any use of putting stent again in my CBD?Plz reply.
