Stamina for fighting
I will do 300 situps to my cart leg every day but even after 2 months there is no increase in muscle stamina I heard running improves stamina and I did jogging for qhour daily but there is no change I don't no how to increase my stamina to fight that is to shake muscles faster with strongness so due to this my friends teased me and I got many problems so please suggest me how to get high muscle stamina grip and muscles faster movement and exercises for it and food for it thank u

Take high protein food like eggs,etc take adv. of Gym instructor to develop muscle mass n increase the strength of those muscles.By jogging too much or 300 sit ups may damage yr knee jts cartilages.so take proper adv. n then do any kind of exercises.
