Spotting in between periods

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi doctor. I went for blood test which covers thyroid too. My tsh level :0.93 T3 : 1.5 54 : 8.2 Haemoglobin: 9.9 This month I am seeing spotting in 12 days after my periods. It continued for 6 days. Is this normal? Is my tsh Norma? Or am I having thyroid issue.
