Spots on face hair
At my face some (3) pink spots occurred 4 month ago.
Because of this disease complete loss of hair at my face, Where spots
May be its "Alopecia areata" and fungal infection
I had consulted skin specialist (Allopathy) and taken medicines and lotion for 3-4 months but no result.
And than I consulted Ayurveda doctor but again no result found in 15 days.
Please suggest any ayurvedic medicines or guide me what can I do???

This condition is called as Indraluptha in Ayurveda.
It is a localised infection , which can spread easily.
Be careful not to touch other areas after touching the effected area.
Hastidanta kshara is the choice of drug for external scrub.
But as it's a banned drug next best is triphala choorna.
Take triphala thailam mix little triphala choorna with it.
Scrub the effected area leave for an hour.
Wash with shikha powder.
Internal medicine can be given only after consultation.
