Spots have been found in xray

Asked for Male, 50 Years

My father is 50 years old he was in dubai since last 20 years but recently he have failed in his medical test foR visa the reason for failure is spots in the chest found in xray ..he never had tuberculosis in his life. is there any treatment to remove these spots .
